Jeff Davidson counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark, licensing, advertising, marketing, business policy, entertainment and Internet issues. Mr. Davidson specializes in managing, maintaining and prosecuting worldwide trademark and copyright portfolios, drafting complex licensing and settlement agreements, and developing worldwide trademark and copyright protection and enforcement strategies.

Mr. Davidson also has significant experience with United States federal court litigation, and proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Davidson also has extensive experience with litigating commercial and trademark matters, and UDRP Internet domain name disputes.

Prior to joining Norvell IP, Mr. Davidson was in the private practice sector, focusing on intellectual property and entertainment law matters. Additionally, Mr. Davidson has broad intellectual property experience at top international law firms and Fortune 25 companies.
