Kathryn Yoches is a staff attorney at Norvell IP. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law,with emphasis on trademark issues across a range of industries, including thefinancial and fashion industries. Kathryn’s practice focuses on worldwidetrademark clearance, procurement, enforcement, and portfolio management, aswell as trademark and copyright litigation before the US Patent and TrademarkOffice’s (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
During law school, Kathryn was a competitor at the InternationalBaseball Arbitration Competition and BMI National Moot Court Competition, whereshe was a Quarterfinalist and had the Best Runner-Up Brief. Kathryn alsoparticipated in the Trademark Clinic and Community Economic Development Clinicwhere she helped many non-profits form their businesses and apply for trademarkprotection. Kathryn also externed for Spartan Race, Inc and The NashvillePredators. Kathryn has also attended at least one home game at all thirty MajorLeague Baseball stadiums.
