Elizabeth Wojtowicz is an associate at Norvell IP. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on litigation involving trademark issues across a range of industries, including the financial, fashion, and travel industries. Elizabeth’s practice focuses on worldwide trademark clearance, procurement, enforcement, and portfolio management, and litigation before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
During law school, Elizabeth was the Vice President of the Children’s Justice Project, a student organization which focused on the importance of performing legal work on behalf of children. Elizabeth also served as a tutor and a discussion group leader to 1Ls and 2Ls for the Constitutional Law and Substantive Criminal Law classes. She was also a member of the Legal Assistance to Incarcerated People Project, a clinical program which offered post-conviction legal assistance to incarcerated individuals in Wisconsin. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Civil Actions Bureau, where she represented the county’s agencies and its employees in litigation matters.
